I love designing great learning experiences for my clients. I have a background in online learning and multimedia development. Please read on to learn more about me.
My Story
I've been telling stories from the time I could hold a crayon, but it wasn't until I opened Photoshop for the first time that I fell in love with visual storytelling. The more I designed, the more I realized I wanted to use my media skills to help people learn.

In May of 2025, I earned a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technology from Winthrop University. I have a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from East Tennessee State University (ETSU).

I recently had the pleasure of being an Instructional Design Intern for Winthrop's Office of Online Learning, where I worked extensively with Blackboard and learned about quality assurance in online education.

My professional media and design accomplishments include producing hundreds of instructional videos for ETSU’s Office of eLearning, being a website administrator for the Phi Alpha Honor Society, and making a profusion of eye-catching graphics for Textron Specialized Vehicles' Parts & Accessories division. I worked on such brands as E-Z-GO, Jacobsen, Cushman, Artic Cat, and Pro-Fit.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, playing the piano, learning new design software, and reading about instructional technology.

Migrated an online university course to a new learning management system. Conducted a course quality assurance (QA) review. Revised courses as described by instructional designers. Created interactive elements for online learning.

Graphic Designer
Managed the end-to-end email campaign process. Created engaging email content. Segmented email lists for targeted messaging. Continuously monitored and analyzed key metrics to improve customer experience and drive business results.

Worked closely with organizational leadership to understand their needs and goals and translate them into effective design solutions. Conducted user research and usability testing to improve user experience. Updated website content. Resolved technical issues.

Multimedia Specialist
Assisted faculty in the production of videos for online courses. Developed compelling scripts and storyboards. Performed audio and lighting design and set up. Recorded with single and multiple cameras. Logged, color-corrected, and edited video footage. Incorporated photos, animation, graphics, and music into videos to enhance learning.
